Reporting to SVP of Harvard Protection Services (HPS), the Training Manager is a new position responsible for the training and instructional leadership of all security staff. You will manage, professionally develop, motivate, and assess the team for a training and development. The incumbent is a partner and critical contributor to Harvard Protection in our goal of providing best in class security and life safety services, while meeting all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
