Based in Miami, this newly created position reports directly to Harvard’s CHRO and will play a critical role in realizing the vision and growth plans for the company. The VP of Total Rewards is accountable for the design, delivery and management of all compensation, wage and benefit programs. The incumbent is a key player on a national HR leadership team, contributing to HR strategy and building a high-performing team.
